Product Development Level:Enpower Technology（Wuxi） Co., Ltd. improves battery pack efficiency and solves range anxiety through lightweight structure and topology optimization design; it builds a multi-level safety barrier from electrochemical materials to cell structure, and combines BMS big data and AI algorithms to achieve accurate early warning and rapid suppression of thermal runaway; the battery management system integrates a wireless transmission unit and is deeply integrated with the cloud platform to dynamically optimize battery models and parameters, release battery performance and build a cloud-based safety defense line.
Intelligent manufacturing level:The production line is compatible with various cell types, and its modular hardware architecture enables rapid changeover in 15 to 60 minutes, meeting the needs of flexible production. The entire line is equipped with a MES system that automatically configures robot, laser, and vision inspection parameters, enabling full lifecycle data traceability and quality assurance, ensuring that every battery system is delivered to automotive-grade standards.
