Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Development (1) Manage and build a technical team and participate in the formulation of the company's relevant technical routes and objectives; (2) Design and implement the development plan of the basic technology of sulfide all-solid-state batteries, including but not limited to sulfide material synthesis, solid-solid interface modification, electrode material surface coating, etc.; (3) Design the industrialization preparation route of sulfide all-solid-state batteries and clarify the equipment requirements of automated pilot line; (4) Be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project development and implementation, grasp the overall progress of the project, and be able to adjust the plan in a timely manner according to the actual situation, and lead the technical team to complete the annual work technical indicators.

2. Project application: Leading applications for relevant national, provincial, and municipal projects.

3. Intellectual Property (1) Actively participate in exchanges within the ecosystem, collect and organize the latest developments in the industry, and prepare written or PPT explanations every quarter; (2) Write no less than 2 invention patents each year.

4. Team building and management (1) Responsible for communication and collaboration with other departments and responding quickly to new technology requirements put forward by other departments; (2) Responsible for the supervision and management of the R&D team and daily performance evaluation; (3) Responsible for the professional training and cultural construction of team members.

Job requirements:

1. Doctoral degree in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering;

2. At least 3 years of work experience in the same R&D field, with priority given to those with production line management experience;

4. Solid theoretical foundation, with experience in the development of sulfide all-solid-state batteries and supercapacitors, or experience in the development of ceramics and polymer materials, and familiarity with surface/interface physical chemistry.

5. Proficient in electrochemical testing software such as Blue Electric, Newway, and Autolab; skilled in physical property testing and analysis methods such as SEM/TG/XRD.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop new products based on market and customer requirements; a. Responsible for early product quality planning and issuing sample processes; b. Lithium-ion battery cell design; c. Cell development project management; d. Responsible for designing product specifications and technical specifications; e. Responsible for compiling and organizing the review of DFMEAs;

2. Serving as the technical window for communication with clients; a. Responsible for technical communication with clients, including clarifying client requirements and translating them into internal technical specifications; b. Job Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in electrochemistry/chemistry/lithium battery materials development;
