3 major production bases
Currently, Enpower has established four major production bases in Beijing Daxing, Anhui Chuzhou, Jiangsu Nanjing, and Jiangsu Wuxi, building a complete production capacity system. It plans to reach a total production capacity of over 35.1GWh of semi-solid-state and 4.51GWh of all-solid-state by 2030, moving from semi-solid-state to all-solid-state and gradually expanding from high-segment scenarios such as drones, robots, and high-end electric motorcycles to the electric vehicle market.
Beijing Base
Beijing Enxing Power Battery Co., Ltd. was established in February 2023. The factory is located at No. 24, Tianyuan Road, Panggezhuang Town, Daxing District, Beijing. The project has a planned capacity of 0.3 GWh, covering an area of ​​12,384 square meters, and is currently operating at full capacity. The Beijing Enxing factory primarily manufactures semi-solid-state 12-30Ah/60-120Ah cells for drones and eVTOL batteries, with a daily production capacity of 7,500 cells. The production line is highly flexible and can accommodate the production of 370 cells for drones and automobiles. Currently, the factory mainly meets the needs of applications such as drones, robots, and electric motorcycles.

Nanjing Base
Nanjing base was established in February 2025. located at No. 88, Guanqu South Road, Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing. Jiangsu. It is planned and implemented in three phases. The first phase involves planning a R&D and testing center for quasi-solid-stateand all-solid- state cells in the Nanjing Jiangbei New Materials Science and Technology Park, and building a 10MWh quasi-solid -state and a 10MWh all- solid-state cell R&D line. The second phase plans to build a 100MWh quasi- solid -state and a 100MWh all-solid-state cell production line. The third phase plans to build a 1GWh quasi-solid-state cell and pack productiorline and a 1GWh all-solid -state cell production line.

Anhui Base
Anhui base was established in January 2024, located at No. 1 Guowei Road, Fengning industrial Park, Fengyang County Economic Development Zone, Chuzhou, Anhui. The planned capacity of 10GWh and a total investment of 3.6 billion yuan. Phase I has a planned capacity of 2GWh. covering an area of approximately 70,000 ㎡, and is scheduled to go into productiorby the end of 2025. This 2GWh production line is an advanced semi-solid-state soft-pack production line. It can accommodate the production of high-energy -density cells such as silicon-carbon anodes and silicon-oxygen anodes, with energy densities ranging from 270 to 600Wh/kg. It is compatible with different Ah cells, meeting the needs of market applications such as electric motorcycles, drones, and robots.

Wuxi Base
Jiangsu Enlixi Power Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Enli Power, was established in October 2025 and is located at No. 5 Jinshan North Road, Shanbei Street, Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. This base integrates battery system R&D, testing and verification, intelligent manufacturing, and after-sales service, and is committed to the R&D and intelligent manufacturing of high-energy-density, high-safety solid-state battery systems. As Enli Power's first advanced power battery pack production base, the company's first phase has a planned capacity of 2GWh, specializing in the solid-state battery pack field.
