Technology Strategy

Adhering to the "high-energy-density sulfide solid-state battery technology route," and following the step-by-step development path of "semi-solid → quasi-solid → all-solid," we will "mass-produce one generation, pilot-produce one generation, and develop one generation," gradually overcoming key technical challenges such as solid-solid interface impedance and ionic conductivity, and maintaining our leading position in the industry.
Market Strategy

Focusing on highly segmented scenarios and adhering to a " Narrow Gate Mentality" approach, we first entered the " No man's land" markets such as drones, eVTOL, robots, and high-end electric motorcycles, which are highly sensitive to battery performance but low sensitive to price. After establishing a dominant position, we will gradually penetrate mainstream markets such as electric vehicles and energy storage from 2027 to 2030.
Industrialization strategy

Based on domestic production bases and supply chain systems, we will gradually build a global supply chain system through turnkey solutions and other models, and accelerate the industrialization of technology and capacity building through the dual driving forces of capital and policy.
